Counselling sessions are scheduled by appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

With 24 hours’ notice, you can reschedule your session at no additional charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will normally incur the full session fee.

The late cancellation fee will not apply where you are unable to attend due to a medical emergency, a safety incident on board, or another circumstance outside your reasonable control.

We understand that internet connectivity can sometimes be unpredictable at sea. If significant connection issues prevent your session from going ahead and you cannot use an alternative connection or platform, we can reschedule your session at no additional charge.
